Kanye West is facing a lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. The lawsuit, which includes claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and a hostile work environment, was filed on Monday, June 3, in a Los Angeles court. Pisciotta, a 35-year-old former OnlyFans content creator, was employed by West in July 2021 to work on his Yeezy fashion line and contribute to his album "Donda."

As reported by TMZ, Pisciotta had reportedly earned $1 million annually from her OnlyFans account before taking the job with West. According to her complaint, West requested her to be “God like” and delete her OnlyFans account, promising to match her earnings of $1 million per year. Pisciotta agreed and subsequently left her OnlyFans career to focus on her new role with West.

However, Pisciotta alleges that after about a year of employment, West's behavior became increasingly inappropriate. She claims that West began sending her explicit text messages and videos, some of which included racist and sexually explicit content. Additionally, Pisciotta alleges that West would masturbate during their phone calls and made lewd comments about his sexual fantasies.

Despite these alleged incidents, Pisciotta states that she was promoted to Chief of Staff, earning a significant salary of $4 million annually. However, her tenure was cut short in October 2022 when she was terminated. Pisciotta claims that she was offered a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but never received.

Pisciotta's lawsuit seeks damages for the alleged breach of contract, as well as compensation for the hostile work environment and the emotional distress caused by West's actions. She also aims to hold West accountable for his alleged sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
