LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman and his wife are at the center of a lawsuit filed by a high school student who says she was the victim of a sexual assault at the couple’s South Florida home during a house party where she was allegedly served alcohol along with other minor partygoers.

The lawsuit was first reported on by the daily mail and paints a picture of a high school party where the parents knowingly served alcohol to their child and her guests.

Sixty-eight-year-old golf figure Greg Norman and his wife, interior designer Kirsten Kutner, allegedly served alcohol to their teenage daughter and her high school classmates and other friends while their daughter hosted a pool party in the family's Palm Beach Gardens home in September 2021.

Many of the guests attended the prestigious Oxbridge Academy, the same school former President Trump's son Barron attended during that same year.

The lawsuit, which does not name the girl or her parents, accuses the couple of serving the teenage daughters of both couples alcoholic beverages before other guests arrived. After guests began trickling in, more alcohol was served to the underage guests. The lawsuit explains that the victim was allegedly "incapable of standing on her own and was seen stumbling around the party."

As the underage drinking ensued, the lawsuit details a brief description of the assault. The complaint explains that two boys who were also underage and had been drinking at the party proceeded to sexually assault the girl in a grassy area near the pool.

The boys are not identified by name in the lawsuit but are identified by their initials, M.B. and C.R. Both are accused of “simultaneously” sexually assaulting the girl.

The lawsuit accuses the couple of failing to provide a safe environment during the party and contributing to the delinquency of minors because they offered up alcoholic beverages to the underage guests. The lawsuit explains, “As a result of Defendant’s negligence, Doe suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of the capacity for the enjoyment of life, expenses for counseling and resulting treatment, loss of earnings, and the loss of the ability to earn money in the future.”

The couple’s lawyer, Stuart Grossman, shared that the claims made in the lawsuit were baseless. “This matter was fully investigated and closed,” Grossman explains. “The allegations in this complaint are false. We had no idea it was being filed. We will take appropriate action against the lawyer and parties involved. It’s most unfortunate this would be filed two years after the event.”

The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages against Norman and his wife and is demanding a trial by jury.
