Another lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time by former model Crystal McKinney, who alleges that she was sexually assaulted by the music mogul in 2003 and subsequently exiled from the modeling industry. This lawsuit adds to the growing list of allegations against Combs, including a federal investigation and multiple other suits alleging similar claims of sexual misconduct.

As reported by TMZ, Crystal McKinney, who was 22 at the time, claims she met Sean Combs at a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City. He allegedly told her he could help her excel in her modeling career, which initially sparked her attention. Following the event, she alleges Combs invited her to his studio, where she found him and his friends drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. McKinney claims that after taking a hit from a joint, she felt disoriented and had suspicions it was laced with another substance. She alleges Combs then coerced her into a bathroom, where he forcibly began to kiss her and physically pushed her to perform oral sex on him. McKinney recalls losing consciousness and eventually waking up in a taxi where she realized she had been sexually assaulted. Following the alleged assault, McKinney asserts she was blacklisted from the modeling industry, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004. She claims that both her professional and personal life were severely impacted by the incident.

McKinney decided to come forward after seeing recent lawsuits against Combs by other women, including a high-profile case filed by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and abuse. Although that case was settled quickly, intensified scrutiny on Combs’ conduct has emerged after video footage of him physically abusing Cassie was released by CNN last week.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and is the sixth case to be filed against Diddy alleging abuse in recent months.
